fans are convinced that Caleb Miligan is “playing” his wife Ruby Fox-Miligan and brother , following their scandalous affair.
Last year, viewers were left stunned when Ruby (Beth Cordingly) and Cain (Jeff Hordley) had a secret tryst. At the time, Cain’s wife Moira (Natalie J. Robb) was undergoing surgery for her brain tumour.
Ruby, on the other hand, was grappling with the arrival of her estranged father Anthony Fox (Anthony Fox), who later confessed to raping her as a teenager and being the biological father of her daughter Steph (Georgia Jay).
Since their shocking sexual encounter, Ruby and Cain have been on a downward spiral, plagued by guilt while trying to keep their affair a secret. However, Anthony eventually discovered their secret, reports .
Earlier this week, after learning that Anthony is Steph’s father, Caleb sought revenge. He confronted Anthony at Moira’s farm, holding him at gunpoint and demanding he confess to his heinous crimes.

Ruby cheated on Caleb last year
However, Anthony ended up revealing to Caleb that Ruby and Cain had slept together – leaving Caleb shocked by the revelation. A struggle ensued over Caleb’s gun, and a gunshot was heard as the episode concluded.
In Wednesday’s episode (January 22), it was revealed that Anthony had managed to escape and, fortunately, Caleb wasn’t shot. Cain soon arrived at the farm, surprised to find Caleb there.
Caleb ominously hinted at repercussions, and when Cain was distracted, he nervously aimed the gun at him, but couldn’t bring himself to pull the trigger on his brother.
Now, viewers are convinced that Caleb trusts Anthony and is plotting revenge against Ruby and Cain – a situation that doesn’t bode well for them.
