viewers are anticipating a surprise pregnancy plot for Dawn Taylor after her affair with Joe Tate.
The character, portrayed by Olivia Bromley, has been part of the soap since 2018 and has been involved in numerous major storylines. From battling drug addiction to dealing with her son Evan’s unexpected leukaemia diagnosis, Dawn’s life in the Dales has been anything but dull.
Recently, she suffered another blow when her father Will Taylor (Dean Andrews) died of a heart attack at Christmas. In a shocking turn of events, she drugged her stepmother (Claire King), suspecting her involvement in her father’s death.
However, Kim was innocent, and she and Dawn have since reconciled, with Dawn now working for Kim and the recently returned Joe Tate (Ned Porteous).
Earlier this month, Dawn surprised fans by cheating on her husband Billy Fletcher (Jay Kontzle) with Joe.

Despite insisting it was a one-off, Dawn and Joe ended up sleeping together in the episode aired on January 22.
Although Dawn was furious with herself, Joe seemed smitten. She begged Joe not to tell Billy about their tryst, which he agreed to, reports .
Now, viewers are speculating that a ‘who’s the daddy’ storyline involving Dawn is on the horizon.

On an Facebook fan group, one viewer speculated: ” So when will Dawn find out she’s pregnant then?” Another quickly added their frustration: “Oh ffs not another one.”
Fans also weighed in on who they believe could be the father, with one adamant fan stating: “Definitely Joe is the dad.”
Another agreed, pondering: “I bet it will be Joe.” Meanwhile, a fifth person expressed sympathy for another character: “Probably! Poor Billy, he needs her gone!”
