His Dancing On Ice update comes hours after he appeared on Good Morning Britain alongside his skating partner, Mollie.

On Wednesday’s episode of GMB, the contestant spoke about her performance and how they may have to adapt certain routines due to Mollie’s stoma bag.

The Traitors star was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and had a stoma bag fitted when she was 18. Richard Madeley questioned what the reality was for Mollie as it was fitted so young.

He asked: “What was it like compared to what you were expecting?” She replied: “I had my large intestine removed, now my small intestine sticks outside my stomach, and my waste is collected into a bag.

“For me, it was something that I really struggled to get my head around; I never wanted it; for years and years, I made the decision not to have it.”

After multiple treatments, she added, “For years, I said I didn’t want it (a stoma bag). I tried so hard not to let that be a reality.

“But, in the end, it was the best decision for me. As soon as I had gone through the surgery and I started to get my strength back and started to feel better, it turned into the best thing I’d ever done.”

Dancing On Ice returns to ITV on Sunday at 6.25pm
