is set to make his own fortune by following in his father’s footsteps as he prepares to launch a luxury real estate venture.

President ’s youngest son, who is 18, incorporated his business, Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc,last July in Wyoming, but the company was dissolved just four months later after Donald’s election win,

Cameron Roxburgh, the company’s co-founder, said work was paused to avoid election-related media attention.

Mr Roxburgh, who studied with Barron at the £32k-a-year Oxbridge Academy, a preparatory school in Palm Beach, revealed that the president had already given his son “private advice” about the business, though there is no financial backing from the Trump Organisation.

Barron graduated from Oxbridge Academy in May last year and is now a New York University student – a move that did not follow the family tradition of attending either the University of Pennsylvania or Georgetown University.

The focus of the real estate company will remain on high-end properties and golf course projects in the western states of Utah, Arizona and Idaho.

noting that Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc., listed Trump’s main residence Mar-a-Lago residence in West Palm Beach as its principal address.

They plan to relaunch this spring, according to Roxburgh – Barron’s high school classmate who claimed they are still “working out logistics”.

Although Barron is only 18, the teenager is according to his tailor.

Chief executive officer of Pearce Bespoke Nathan Pearce said: “He’s just very fascinating to talk to.

“You know what is another word I would say? Hospitable. He is down-to-earth, nice as can be and hospitable.

“I’ve thoroughly enjoyed getting to know him over the last one or two years.”

Barron is also believed to have helped Trump in his presidential campaign. Calling Barron the “new wave” the president said his son helped to introduce him to people he had never heard of before.

Trump told NBC News: “He was very good.It’s the new wave. And he was very helpful.”
