The Duchess of Sussex has found after published citing former Spotify staff who accused her of making them take “extended breaks” from work or undergo “long-term therapy” after working with her.

Meghan has regarding her alleged attitude towards staff. Last year, she was dubbed “Duchess Difficult” by the Reporter, which sparked a media war, with different US outlets citing their own sources about Meghan’s demeanour, including the Daily Beast, which claimed former staff said Meghan was a “demon” boss who had “psycho moments” during their service and made people “feel like s**t”. Meghan did not comment on last year’s reports, but they followed previous bullying allegations which were made against the Duchess back in 2018, which she has long and vehemently denied.
Now, the ‘s sources – who are allegedly the duchess’s former UK employees – have come back into the spotlight again, saying they feel “vindicated” by the latest bombshell report, adding that people who claim Meghan is the “world’s greatest boss should be ashamed of themselves”.
They told the outlet: “I feel desperately sorry for the people affected because I have been there, but I also feel vindicated. It’s obviously very tempting to work for her when you are being wooed and love-bombed, but people should be in no doubt; she is a nightmare. I would think the atmosphere will be particularly hellish now everything is going to s**t. She doesn’t do disappointment well.”
