Prince William put on a pair of boxing gloves on a visit to Centrepoint today
donned a pair of boxing gloves and threw some punches on a visit to Centrepoint Ealing on Tuesday.
The Prince of Wales, who is Patron of Centrepoint and a leading advocate on homelessness, is visiting the charity’s Ealing service to meet young people being supported by the charity.
The services offers 17 beds for young people aged 16-25 who are experiencing homelessness, providing them with a home as well as a range of other wraparound support services such as employment opportunities, access to education and counselling to help them build an independent future.
During his visit, William, 42, engaged with some of the sports activities the service provides, including boxing and table football.
He also spent time speaking with young people supported by Centrepoint and heard about their experiences and how the charity has supported them in rebuilding their lives.
