She also revealed a little bit about her shoot with Sophie, writing: “These portraits were taken to mark The Duchess Of Edinburgh’s 60th birthday celebration today. After admiring two portraits I photographed of Letitia Wright & Michaela Coel at the National Portrait Gallery, The Duchess wanted to collaborate and be captured in a different light for this new chapter of life. We had a very relaxed day taking these at her home – her and the team created a very welcoming atmosphere.”
Revealing her favourite part about the photoshoot, she added: “My favourite part was definitely working together on outfit choices.”
To conclude, she added: “The Palace said that as The Duchess turns 60, she has a renewed sense of commitment to her gender equality work and looked forward to further championing the issue in the future.” Thank you to my team, to Annabelle and to my family for their support.”
