Greggs has issued an urgent recall on one of its food items sold in Iceland
, who sell their products in various stores, including , has issued an urgent .
The bakery is recalling its Greggs 2 Pack Steak Bake, exclusive to Iceland.
The product contains Sausage, Bean and Cheese Melts, resulting in sulphites not being declared.
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) said this makes the product a possible health risk for anyone with a sensitivity to sulphur dioxide and/or sulphites.
This two-pack product is exclusive to Iceland, and therefore, the is only applicable to products purchased from those stores.

Greggs reassured customers that no other products or date codes of batches are affected.

The FSA added: “If you have bought the above product and have a sensitivity to sulphur dioxide and/or sulphites do not consume it.
“Instead return it to your nearest Iceland store from where it was bought for a full refund.”

This was because Listeria monocytogenes were found in the product, making it unsafe to eat.
Symptoms caused by this organism can be similar to flu and include a high temperature, chills as well as being sick.
