has been flooded with support after she revealed that she’s broken her arm. The presenter told her fans that she ‘slipped on ice’ last Friday and revealed that she’s ‘snapped the top half of her arm in two.’
Posting a video on her official account, the English journalist and television presenter said that it was possibly ‘the most painful thing she’s ever experienced in her life.’
She also said that her arm would be in a sling for at least five to six more weeks. Many of her followers flooded the comments section with positive words and wished her a speedy recovery.

A second fan also commented: “Aww bless you…. I badly fractured my right wrist I feel your pain…. Stay strong it is amazing how you will adapt I am right handed I was surprised just how much I could and can do with my left hand…. Wishing you a speedy recovery.”

Steph has recently written a new crime thriller
Taking to , she penned in November: “BREAKING NEWS. Eeeee I can’t believe it! I can finally reveal the book cover for my thriller ‘Deadline’.”
She then gave the synopsis of the book, which involves someone’s child being kidnapped whilst they are live on air. She signed off with: “You can preorder the book now. Link is in my biog! Also, I’ll be doing lots of book events next year so watch out for those too.”
Steph is best known for hosting Steph’s Packed Lunch, which was axed in December 2023. She also worked for the as the main business presenter on Breakfast but left the role in 2020.
