Carl Woods took a brutal swipe at his ex as he expressed relief she had not become pregnant with his child.
The 35-year-old former Love Island contestant was in a relationship with the 48-year-old mother of five from 2020 to 2023. During their relationship, which included an engagement, the couple had hoped to have a child together and used IVF to increase their chances.
They created embryos using eggs from and sperm from Carl, with the OnlyFans star planning to impregnate herself with one of these. However, following their split, it became apparent that they would not continue this process.
A forthcoming documentary, Katie Price: Making Babies, set to air on January 20, follows Katie as she tries to become a mother for the sixth time. The footage was shot when Katie and Carl were still an item, but he has since stated that he is relieved their attempt to co-parent failed.
The car salesman explained that he now feels he has completely severed ties with Katie, with nothing binding them together. Despite their happiness during their relationship, he has since felt betrayed after discovering Katie’s infidelity.

Speaking to The Sun about the failed conception, Carl remarked: “This is not a heartbreak situation. I’m not unhappy that it didn’t work. I’m ecstatic that it didn’t work.
“I’m sure she’s glad she’s got the clean break. You know, we don’t have any ties.”
“So actually, yes, everything happens for a reason. God was looking down on me and Kate and said, ‘You’re not matched to be parents, let’s not make this work. You go that way, I’ll go this way’.”
Although the specifics of Katie’s upcoming documentary show, set to premiere on Channel 4 on Monday, are under wraps, its anticipated to reveal her considering surrogacy as an option.

The celeb has never hidden her desire to expand her brood beyond her five children; Harvey, aged 22, Junior, 19, Princess, 17, Jett, 11, and Bunny, 10.
An insider previously conveyed to The Sun: “Katie is thrilled to be embarking on this journey. She loves babies and has made no secret of the fact she has wanted another one for ages.”
“She had tough pregnancies with Bunny and Jett, and faced challenges trying to conceive again with Carl last year. Katie plans to document the entire spectrum of her surrogacy expedition, knowing her fans are eager to watch.
“She’s longing for her children to welcome a new sibling into their family.”
