Tommy Walsh was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2022 and underwent surgery to remove the tumour.

The 68-year-old previously had a breast cancer scare in 2002 after finding two lumps in his chest that were later found to be benign.

The veteran presenter with over 25 years of experience on TV was reportedly replaced on in 2024.

Tommy has exited the property show with former weather presenter Owain Wyn Evans, 39, stepping in as a new host on the show.
