Former star Tom Ball has shared the joyous news that he and his wife have welcomed a baby girl into their lives this week.
The 26-year-old singer, who wowed audiences with his performances on the show in 2022, took to to announce the arrival of his daughter. Over the weekend, he posted that his wife Hannah Ball gave birth to their little bundle of joy, Adeline, on Wednesday morning.
The couple had previously revealed they were expecting after undergoing IVF treatment. In a heartfelt post last September, Tom expressed his gratitude and excitement, saying: “After a long, difficult journey, and becoming successful with IVF, we’re so thankful and excited for this next chapter.”
Celebrating their new addition, Tom uploaded several pictures on Saturday for his fans. One touching image showed Hannah tenderly holding baby Adeline in her hospital bed, with proud dad Tom standing by their side.

Tom gushed in his caption: “SHE’S HERE! Hannah and I are so overjoyed to welcome ‘Adeline Hope Ball’ to our World! Born on the 15th at 00:00, weighing 7Ibs 5oz. Both Hannah and Adeline are happy, healthy and I’m so proud and in awe of the both of them.”
He expressed in his heartfelt post: “We’re absolutely bursting with love, and the middle name ‘Hope’ reflects everything our little miracle has given us throughout a long, difficult journey. IVF has now changed our life and we’re so thankful to have our beautiful little girl. Honestly, it’s our dream come true.”
Tom went on to say: “With an epic tour and album inbound fast, I’m taking a small break from socials to enjoy this gorgeous baby bubble and moment with my girls. If you’re interested in our journey, the new vlog is out on my YouTube now ‘We have a baby!’ Big thanks to everyone for their love and support.”

The artist, who also shared his rendition of Can’t Help Falling In Love alongside the announcement, has since returned to social media to thank fans for the overwhelming support. On Sunday, he posted a message on his Story, expressing gratitude and offering another adorable peek at baby Adeline.

In his latest update, he said: “I just wanted to jump on here really quickly and say a massive thank you to every single one of you that has sent a message congratulating me and Hannah on our beautiful baby Adeline.”
Tom shared his joy with fans, expressing: “We are absolutely over the moon. Overjoyed. Your messages mean the world. I’m sorry that I haven’t come back to a lot of you yet. I am taking this week as kind of a week off just to stay in this baby bubble for a little bit longer, but believe me, I have read them. And if I haven’t responded to them yet, I will do my best to do so later down the line. But massive thank you and see you in a week.”
