This serves eight to nine people and takes just 10 minutes to prep the ingredients.

Ingredients:
125g butter
125g dark chocolate
Two eggs
175g caster sugar
80g plain flour
20g cocoa powder
40g white chocolate chips

Method:
Start by melting the butter and dark chocolate together in a small pan or in the microwave until smooth.
Leave to cool for a few minutes whilst you line a square cake tin which can fit in your air fryer with baking parchment.
Heat the air fryer to 160C before whisking the eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt together using an electric whisk until thickened and creamy.
Sift over the flour and cocoa powder before pouring in the melted chocolate and butter mixture.
Using a spatula, gently fold everything together until evenly combined, then stir in the white chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared tin and air fry for 25 to 35 minutes until set but slightly wobbly in the centre.
Leave to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving with ice cream or custard.
