has once again gripped audiences, challenging them to work out the identities of celebrities shrouded in elaborate disguises.
The show has already revealed an array of stars including Macy Gray, Prue Leith, and Mo Farah. Yet, with nine contenders still vying for anonymity, speculation is rife on the internet.
For Dressed Crab, some viewers are suggesting Gregory Porter, with Betway placing his odds at 4/6. Other speculated names are Tom Daley and Billy Porter, both pegged at 5/1, reports .
Betway’s spokesperson Mike Reading commented: “The latest season of Masked Singer UK already promises to stir things up, after week one delivered the showstopping reveals of Dame Prue Leith, Kate Garraway, and even Sir Mo Farah as Giant Joel, in a twist to the show’s usual format.”

He added: “Already, fans and the panel alike have guessed famous names, from actor David Tennant as Wolf (5/1) to singers Macy Gray as Toad in the Hole (5/1) and Jamie-Lynn Spears as Pufferfish (5/1), and even celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay as Bear (8/1). With the stage set, all eyes will be on which celeb will be revealed in the dramatic unmasking.”
Twitter is abuzz with guesses on the identity of @MaskedSingerUK’s crab, as one user exclaimed: ” @MaskedSingerUK crab – sounds so much like Gregory Porter.”
Another chimed in with: “I think the Dressed Crab is Gregory Porter! ” and another confidently added: “Crab is definitely Gregory Porter.”
One viewer speculated: “Gregory Porter for the Dressed Crab? ” and another was convinced they had it sussed: “Definitely got two of them. Carol Decker and Gregory Porter.”

The ‘true’ identities under those quirky costumes must remain a mystery for now. Just last week, ITV audiences were left stunned when Macy Gray abruptly exited the stage pre-unmasking.
In a twist during the sing-off, Bear was saved and Macy hurriedly departed whilst still donning her disguise.
Rumours suggest production was at a standstill for almost an hour as efforts were made to coax the songstress back for the reveal.

When Macy finally returned to face Joel Dommett’s questioning post-unmasking, she delivered terse one-word answers, clearly not delighted with her exit.
As the show progresses, the enigma of who lies beneath the masks of Bear, Bush, Kingfisher, Pufferfish, Crab, Snail, Tattoo, Teeth and Wolf persists.
