In 2025, there’s a number of statutory holidays in Canada and B.C. that happen to fall on Tuesdays, which means if you work a standard Monday to Friday schedule and typically get stats off work, you could book off the Monday before a Tuesday stat and end up with a four-day period of time off, despite only using one PTO day.
