The game-changing tip was unveiled on by Snejana, a Bulgarian-born, professional chef known as @themodernnonna to her impressive 1.4 million followers who eagerly consume her and shortcuts.

In her viral video, she exclaimed: “In the 33 years of my life, how has nobody told me that this is the best way to separate eggs?”

She then demonstrated the trick, which simply involves wedging “a chef’s knife in the middle of a hard-boiled egg and gently roll the egg for the perfect cut.”

This allows the yolk to pop out effortlessly, resembling the neat round seed of an avocado, reports

Snejana has been hailed for revealing the “best hack ever, 12/10”, a gem she credits to fellow content creator @andrealanev after seeing it in a post and deciding to give it a whirl.

One user exclaimed, “My jaw dropped,” and another expressed sheer amazement, saying, “My whole mind is blown.”

Yet, this isn’t the only eggcellent tip Snejana has up her sleeve for conjuring the perfect boiled egg.

She’s also shown her followers a clever trick to peel them cleanly, bidding farewell to the usual mess.

In a different clip, she explained that if you softly crack your egg prior to boiling and then submerge the cooked egg in “ice cold water” within a Tupperware or similar box, seal the lid tightly, and shake like mad – the egg will practically self-peel, ready to jazz up any salad or sandwich concoction.
