Alison Hammond lands another show away from This Morning as she’s ‘poached’ from ITV

presenter is embarking on another career move as she confirmed that she is hosting another TV show. The host is set to team up with her son Aidan on a new travel series on Two.

It was reported last summer that Alison had been offered , titled Florida Unpacked. Before she shot to fame on Big Brother, Alison was previously earned a living as a travel rep.

As well as her hosting duties on This Morning, Alison also co-hosts The Great British Bake Off on alongside Noel Fielding. She joined the show in 2023 after comedian Matt Lucas departed the programme.

It doesn’t stop there as Alison also fronts the British reality documentary series, For the Love of Dogs, on ITV. She filled in for Paul O’Grady following his sudden death in March 2023.

Alison is a fan favourite on This Morning as she always appears as co-host on Friday mornings alongside Dermot O’Leary. She became a main presenter in 2021 and previously joined as a reporter in 2002.

According to , Alison’s net worth is between £1 million and £4 million thanks to her multiple career roles in the entertainment industry.

For her role on This Morning, she earns roughly £600,000 annually. She recently took part in Birmingham’s Christmas Pantomine of Peter Pan and has a number of high-paying lucrative brand deals.

Alison has worked with big names such as Crown Bingo and DFS Furnishings over the years and in 2022 she launched her own clothing line with In The Style.

Last year, Alison dipped into the world of literature and wrote her first ever debut romcom, Bombshell, which has been lauded by critics including Vanessa Feltz.

It seems that her new TV role with her son in a brand new travel show, which consists of 10 episodes and will follow the pair as they explore Florida on a strict budget.

The series aims to give advice to holiday makers about how to save money on food, expenses, hotel accommodation and travel.
