Putin propagandist Andrey Gurulev has made several bold claims about action Russia should take

Gurulev told state TV: “There’s still going to come a point where we’re going to strike. It is inevitable.
“The question is simply a matter of time and decision-making, there is no other way.”

Ukraine gained permission to use the British missiles offensively last year
