Holly Willoughby has won planning permission for her new family home

The new pad is reportedly worth almost three times as much as their previous home in London. Now host Holly has finally won planning permission to extend the huge house further, adding a gym and cinema room.
Land Registry documents detailing new house purchases confirm that Holly and Dan acquired their home back in July 2024, without a . However, Holly’s ambitions for upgrading the property initially clashed with claims that adding an extension and out-building would not be in keeping with the property’s “heritage”.
It had looked as though she wouldn’t get the green light for the project. Yet after resubmitting her planning documents with revised details, such as agreeing to create the out-building with one storey instead of two, she has now been given the go ahead.
A source published in suggested that the property will provide a “fresh start” for the couple following a “challenging year”. The news comes after the former co-star of resigned from her hosting role in 2023 – a post she’d held at ITV for 14 years.

However, she hasn’t been letting the grass grow under her feet following the decision.
