, Mike said: “This is another World Tour series. We’ve just done a World Tour where we did four episodes in Australia, Germany, France, the UK, Tavaresh over in Miami.

“That was a complicated series to put together because you’re in different territories all over the world.

“And it was such a success so I’m told, we’re just about to embark on doing another series of World Tour. This time we are going to Mexico, Brazil, Turkey.

“We sit with a map and Discovery executives and we’ll work out the regions where the show is popular.

“So Mexico, Brazil or Latin America it’s a very big show. It’s very popular. It’s also very popular in North America but we’ve done it to death.”

Mike added: “We’re going to do a show in Turkey, we’ve just been to Turkey for a little bit of pre-filming. It’s huge. It goes nuts in Turkey.

“The same is true for the Czech Republic where we’re going to do an episode. We’re also talking about a Swedish special which will encompass Saab and Volvo.

“And a German special. Rather than just talk about Porsche or Mercedes or BMW or Audi, why don’t we just talk about Germany and what its car industry has done for the world. That’s the genesis of this sort of next series.”

Mike also confirmed that another series based in the UK is on its way with the last series hitting screens back in 2023.

“We will of course do a UK show because this is our territory, it’s cheaper and easiest for us to film here.”
