Jurgen Klopp has made a passionate plea to Mohamed Salah as he implored the blockbuster star to sign a new contract to remain at . The Egypt international is out of contract in the summer and is yet to pen fresh terms at Anfield.
Klopp signed Salah from Roma two years into his reign as manager, with the winger becoming one of the best attacking players in the world under the German.
And the 57-year-old doesn’t wanted the ace to call time on his Reds career anytime soon.
“I hope he stays, “ Klopp explained. “He is ’s best striker in modern times – and they had many great ones. A fantastic player, a fantastic professional. Absolutely outstanding. The best ambassador Egypt could have.”
