Another alleged sexual assault victim of Sean “Diddy” Combs has filed a lawsuit against the jailed rap mogul claiming he and two others drugged and raped her in New York when she was 16.

According to the suit obtained by the New York Post‘s Page Six, the woman — using the alias Jane Doe — claimed the assault happened in 2000 after she left a part-time babysitting job in Lower Manhattan.

The woman said she ran into Combs and his friends outside a building where one of his “well-known” ex-girlfriends also lived.

She alleged that Combs, in his early 30s at the time, offered her a ride home which she initially declined after telling him she lived “around the corner” and “would be fine” walking.

“After much cajoling by Combs, she agreed and got into his car … something (the) plaintiff would come to regret forever,” the filing stated.

She felt “scared when they did not drop her off at home as promised,” according to the lawsuit, and Combs handed her a drink to calm her down.

However, she claimed feeling “groggy and unsteady” after consuming the unknown beverage.

“Combs and his staff, the two male co-defendants, proceeded to a location where she was sexually assaulted by Combs,” said the suit.

She claimed, after the alleged sexual assault, that Combs and his pals drove her home and “left (her) in the lobby.”

Combs’ legal team denied the allegations.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor,” they said in a statement.

“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

Last September, Combs was indicted on sex trafficking and racketeering charges dating back to 2008 and is being held in a Brooklyn jail. He is accused of abusing, threatening and coercing women at sex parties.

He also faces dozens of civil lawsuits from women and men who accuse him of rapes and sexual assaults.
