A podcast host shared her straightforward approach to shedding , boasting a loss of fifteen pounds in a mere three weeks.

Norah Harts, who doubles as a relationship coach and content creator, divulged her practical tactics for slimming down.

In a video, she offered her audience an insight into the minor yet impactful lifestyle adjustments she made, reports .

She confessed: “Listen, I’m lazy, okay? I’m not going to do any of that. It was really just some really small lifestyle changes.”

Norah pinpointed a significant dietary shift: cutting back on , which for her meant quitting it entirely.

“I was drinking way too much and I noticed it was taking a toll on my physical ,” she acknowledged.

Another key move was to limit dining out. Norah shared: “One of my favourites right now is the crispy Caesar salad, because I don’t like grilled chicken that much. A whole serving that makes me full is only 250 calories.”

She also embarked on a running regimen, despite her self-professed aversion to the activity.

She recounted: “As somebody who has never been able to run for more than two minutes in her entire life. The first day I could barely run one mile, this morning I ran two miles. I just feel so proud of myself.”

Norah concluded with a message for fellow ‘lazy’ individuals: “From somebody that’s lazy, I didn’t think I’d be able to have fun and run and workout in that way. That’s what I do to work out. I’ll go to the gym, don’t lift weights, as of right now I’m just running.”

Norah’s video is making waves online, with many viewers chimed in with tales of their personal weight loss journeys, underscoring that different strokes work for different folks.

One viewer, Danielle, shared: “I barely drink alcohol, stopped eating out and try to drink mostly water (with the exception of coffee or energy drink) and still can’t lose my belly.”

In her response, Norah begins: “Before we get into it, I want to remind you there’s a balance for everything. I still let myself have pizza rolls if I want pizza rolls, I just don’t eat them everyday.”

“I have two of those tenders, I put them in the air fryer,” she elaborated as part of her rundown.

Moving on to her lunch fix, she whips out a pre-made chopping salad kit, complete with Caesar dressing, croutons, and seasoning.

Norah explained that this trusty side dish fills her up effortlessly: “It fills me up, like I can fill that bowl up pretty high.”

A bonus point for this particular salad is that it’s gentle on Norah’s lactose-intolerant stomach, making it an ideal pick for lunchtime.
