What is Severance about?
In , Mark Scout leads a team at biotechnology company Lumon Industries, whose employees have undergone a procedure to surgically divide their memories between their work and personal lives, referred to as ‘Innies’ and ‘Outies’ respectively. The daring experiment in work-life balance is called into question as Mark finds himself at the centre of an unraveling mystery that will force him to confront the true nature of his work, and of himself.
In season two, Mark and his friends learn the dire consequences of trifling with the severance barrier, leading them further down a path of woe.
When is Severance season two released?
will premiere on Friday, January 17 with the first episode. Subsequent episodes will drop every Friday through to the finale on March 21.

Who’s in the Severance season two cast?
boasts a stacked ensemble cast fronted by Parks and Recreation star Adam Scott as Mark Scout. He stars alongside Zach Cherry as Mark’s colleague Dylan and Britt Lower as rebellious new Lumon employee Helly.
There’s also some big names among the Lumon staff, with John Turturro and Christopher Walken starring as Irving and Burt respectively. Patricia Arquette plays Harmony, the former head of Lumon’s severed floor, who also happens to be the next-door neighbour of Mark’s Outie.
Also starring are Tramell Tillman as Lumon supervisor Seth Milchick, with Dichen Lachman as wellness counselor Ms. Casey, whose Outie is revealed as Mark’s wife Gemma, who he believed was dead. Joining the cast in season two are newcomer Sarah Bock, The Tourist’s Ólafur Darri Ólafsson and Game of Thrones’ Gwendoline Christie.
