Meghan Markle’s new show will air next week
has been praised by a royal expert who believes the new series “makes perfect sense” for the duchess.
Just last week, it was revealed that the Duchess of Sussex, 43, was set to star in her own series “With Love, Meghan”, which will air on on January 15.
The series is set to give royal fans a look behind the scenes at Meghan’s Californian lifestyle as she hosts, cooks and chats with her close friends.
While many have flocked to social media to criticise the upcoming show, one royal expert has praised the duchess for her latest move, describing the upcoming series as “feel-good” and “wholesome”.
In the brief trailer of the eight-episode series, Meghan can be seen cooking for her friends as she talks about finding joy in the kitchen.

The royal expert also said that the duchess seems to be moving on from her association with the Royal Family, five years after she quit life as a senior working royal alongside husband .
Jennie said: “I think this is an entirely new phase for Meghan as she embraces her celebrity status, rather than her association with the Royal Family.
“And that seems like an obvious choice – she was trying to set herself up as a lifestyle guru before Harry came along, so it makes perfect sense for her to pursue this avenue.”

The series will have eight episodes
She continued: “It looks as if it will be an entirely wholesome, feel-good vibe, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that in this troubled world. Spreading a little joy sounds fine to me.”
Throughout the eight episodes, Meghan will be accompanied by a number of her celebrity friends on the series including former Suits co-star Abigail Spencer and actress Mindy Kaling.
