Following return to Instagram last week, she has been warned by a social media expert “not to over-do it” with posts so that her audience keeps engaged with content.So far in 2025, Meghan has uploaded three reels , a video containing her upcoming trailer for her show – , and an emotional tribute about .However, The Duchess of Sussex has been advised to not “over saturate” her feed so that it feels “ingenuine” to fans.

Social media manager from , Caitlin Jardine, told Express.co.uk: “Whilst she needs to meet the demands that keep her audience engaged, she needs to ensure that she does so without ‘over-doing’ it, without over saturating her feed whereby it seems ingenuine and insincere.””Her followers would much prefer and appreciate posts that are thoughtful and intentional rather than purely just promotional or overly frequent.”
