Speculation has grown over which school will attend next, with Eton College and Marlborough College thought to both be the ones in the running.
Prince George – who will celebrate his 12th birthday in July – currently attends Lambrook School with his siblings, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
Lambrook School caters for pupils aged between 3 and 13 and, although George won’t be leaving just yet, the Prince and Princess of Wales are likely already gearing for the major change.
It was previously thought that George would , but Princess Kate is said to not be keen on sending George to the leading boys’ boarding school.

As well as William, Eton College was also attended by his uncle, . Despite Eton being in the running, it has now been speculated that George could break tradition by attending his mother’s former school.
A source at the Wiltshire-based school recently told that there had been a focus on which of the school houses could be assigned to George.
The well-placed insider said: “Parents have been talking about nothing else and discussions have really ramped up in recent weeks but security is obviously a massive consideration. Prince George will have to be housed in an ‘in house’ – these are the houses that are around the main quad of the school.”
It has also be claimed that, much like their older brother, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis – now aged nine and six – could also attend Marlborough College. As for Marlborough, was also a student between 2003 and 2008.
