Prince Harry’s ex Cressida Bonas gives major life update in rare personal message

’s ex has given a rare update on her personal life this week as she confirms she is pregnant with her second child.

, who dated the Duke of Sussex between 2012 and 2014, said she fell pregnant using an embryo that she had frozen previously during IVF treatment.

The 35-year-old married her husband Harry Wentworth-Stanley in 2020 and is currently a mum to their two-year-old son Wilbur.

, she said: “I am now well into my second pregnancy, Having conceived through IVF the first time, we were fortunate to have another embryo stored away in a freezer.

“This second pregnancy is very different from the first, partly because I’ve been battling morning sickness. I’ve never had it before, and now feel like I’ve been swaying on a boat for months.”

Cressida also revealed to that the family are looking for a new house with more space as a result of her second pregnancy, which comes 11 years after her break-up with .

The pair were introduced by Harry’s cousin and dated for two years before their split.

Harry and Cressida remained on friendly terms, with Cressida one of the many guests at Harry and Meghan’s wedding in 2018.

While Cressida has rarely spoken publicly about her relationship with Harry, the same cannot be said for the prince, 40. The duke revealed in his bombshell 2023 memoir Spare that after a ski holiday with Cressida, he realised their relationship was not going to be eternal.

“I just knew. Cress, I think, knew as well. There was massive affection, deep and abiding loyalty – but not love everlasting.

“She was always clear about not wanting to take on the stresses of being a royal, and I was never sure I wanted to ask her to do so, and this unalterable fact, though it had been lurking in the background for some time, became undeniable on those Kazakh slopes. Suddenly it was clear. This can’t work.”

Harry also praised Cressida in his memoir for helping him deal with his emotions, which included helping him to cry.

It is not known whether the pair have spoken to one another since Harry quit life as a senior royal and moved to California with wife in 2020.
