revealed he blocks out attacks by over his failed drug tests as the world No.1 insisted: ‘I haven’t done anything wrong’.
The Aussie has been a constant critic of the Italian after the defending champion was cleared of fault after twice testing positive for a banned substance last March. The World Anti-Doping Agency has launched an appeal against the decision and is seeking a ban of up to two years.
Kyrgios claimed tennis was ‘cooked’ after Sinner and both avoided long bans for doping offences.
But asked about the “noise” before his Melbourne title defence, the US Open champion said: “I don’t think I have to answer this, to be honest.

“How do I block it? It’s not that you just put it in a part and you just say I don’t think any more about this. In my mind I know exactly what happened, and that’s how I block it, no?
“I haven’t done anything wrong. That’s why I’m still here. That’s why I’m still playing. I don’t want to respond on what Nick said or what other players says.
“I think the most important part is to have my people around me who I can trust, people they exactly know what happened. That’s it.”
No date has yet been announced for Sinner’s case to be heard by the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
“I know exactly as much as you guys know,” Sinner said. “We are in a stage where we don’t know many, many things.
“Yeah, you think about this, of course. I would lie if I would tell you I forget. No, it’s not like this. It’s something what I have with me now already for quite a long time. But it is what it is. I’m here trying to prepare the Grand Slam. Let’s see how it goes.”

And asked if he worried about failing a test, Kyrgios said: “Look, I don’t want to speak too much about it. I think we’ve all been speaking about it. I feel like that’s the only thing tennis has been speaking about the last six months.
“But for me, to answer your question, like, I mean, I’ve been tested four times in the last couple months. I got tested in my home three days ago, so…
“For me, it hasn’t been a problem at all in my career. I’ve been on the tour now for 10-plus years. For me, I’m not worried at all ’cause I know that I’m really, really on top of what’s going on in my team. I’m very confident in myself that I’m not going to be accidentally putting something in my system.”
