star was forced to apologise after suffering an awkward wardrobe blunder live on the news channel.
The news anchor, 45, was heading up her show Dewbs & Co. on Thursday (January 9) – but realised she’d worn too short a skirt when a video was reposted to GB News’ account. Michelle had come round to sit on her desk when she realised her mistake.
The official channel account shared a teaser of what’s to come on the show, writing: “Coming up on Dewbs & Co… breaks rank on a national grooming gangs inquiry.
“Should we be worried about soaring borrowing costs? Should we take back members from Syria? Farmers refuse to let up protests against inheritance tax. Live on GB News from 6pm!”
Accompanying the post was a video which was quickly taken down – and Michelle wasted no time responding.

Michelle Dewberry suffered a wardrobe malfunction on GB News
She wrote: “Blimey. Given the comments, it was perhaps a good thing the video was deleted… Perhaps the next time I decide to sit on my news desk, I won’t do so wearing a short-ish skirt! Or if I do, I’ll be sure to at least check the angle first [laughing emojis].”
She added: “Sorry about that!” with two face-palm emojis.
Michelle’s GB News co-star Josh Howie was one of the people to respond to the clip, joking: “Why was I told I’m not allowed to shoot my show in this position? I specifically asked!”
The Dewbs & Co. panel were discussing the issues of the day
Another fan quipped: “Is this allowed on the internet?” as someone else echoed: “I feel like I’m being given detention by a stern but hot substitute teacher, watching from this angle. Please tell the cameraman to stand up.”
And another posted: “Blimey… you look good on that desk.” As someone else echoed: “Oops sorry guys I had to check twice there… thought I had clicked into a different site lol.”
