The Irish startup unveiled the system this week at the CES tech show in Las Vegas.
It comprises of a smartphone case with a battery inside, the toaster-like hub where spare batteries are housed and a dedicated app.
The Swippitt Hub includes five fully charged batteries, ready for immediate use. You simply place your phone with the attached Swippitt Link – the phone case – into the Hub.

Swippitt is compatible with iOS, Android, and all major phone models, but for launch the company are focused on the full range of iPhone models 14, 15, and 16. The expansion to Android devices is earmarked for later in the year.

Pricing starts at £366 for the Hub and £98 for the Link. The system is expected to ship in June 2025.
