Crispy roasted cauliflower
Ingredients
- One head of cauliflower
- Three tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or any spices of your choosing
Method
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
In a bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any spices you want.
Spread the florets on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for about 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they’re golden and crispy.
