and Ellie Costello returned to screens with their popular breakfast show, to broadcast the latest headlines and breaking news.
However, as viewers took to the comments to share their thoughts on the news, it quickly turned to concern as Eamonn went missing partway through the show.
After talking to sports presenter Paul Coyte, GB News went to a break and when the show returned the 65-year-old was noticeably missing.
Ellie was forced to lead the paper review solo after welcoming former Liberal Democrat member Norman Baker and political commentator Clare Muldoon to the segment.
Worried fans took to the comments to ask about the presenters whereabouts including one viewer who questioned: “Where is Eamon this morning?”

As a third viewer suggested: “Eamon was sounding croaky just now – A&E perhaps.”

Thankfully for viewers, Eamonn’s absence was short-lived as he returned to screens following the paper review segment.
Although his disapperance remained unexplained, the broadcaster dove straight back into the headlines as he discussed the Jess Phillips’ response to who on the Oldham investigation row.
However, this isn’t the first time Eamonn went missing from the show as last month he was replaced by Ben Leo during the presenting shake-up, when his former co-star was suddenly replaced.
