is from California to the UK next month to attend a court hearing.
The Duke of Sussex, 40, will News Group Newspapers (NGN) in February, along with former Labour deputy leader Lord Tom Watson, with the pair both suing the publisher over alleged unlawful information-gathering and invasion of privacy.
The publisher has denied the claims put against them.
While Harry will fly across the pond for some of the court case, he is not set to be joined by his wife , 43, who instead will remain in California.

The first reason for Meghan’s absence is the result of the duchess wanting to stay in Montecito with the couple’s two children Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three.
This was the explanation also given to to the UK at the end of September for the Wellchild Awards 2024.
The second reason is believed to be a , with the prince once vowing that he would not bring his wife or children back to the UK unless he felt it was safe to do so.
This comment was made after Harry had been stripped of the right for UK police protection while visiting the country.

Harry : “It’s still dangerous, and all it takes is one lone actor… whether it’s a knife or acid, whatever it is, and these are things that are of genuine concern for me.
“It’s one of the reasons why I won’t bring my wife back to this country.”
It is not known how long Harry will stay in the UK for or where he is expected to stay. While he is away, it is likely Meghan will receive help from her mum Doria.
The trial is set to begin on January 20.
