Prince William and Princess Kate are said to enjoy watching television.
Prince William and are said to enjoy watching a Netflix show that has been a hit with fans of the streaming service.
The and Princess of Wales juggle their busy lives as working with raising their three children – , 11, , nine, and six-year-old . Expert Robert Jobson told Hello! magazine he expects William’s growing reputation will see him on more overseas tours in 2025.
He said: “Last year was an exceptional year, and William stepped up into a solo global-statesman role, but going forward, I think Catherine will spend more time by his side.”
When not representing the Royal Family at state visits and appearances, William and Kate have revealed they enjoy relaxing at home in front of the television.
Last month, William, 42, revealed he and Kate had been sitting down to watch ’s Black Doves, starring the likes of Keira Knightley, Ben Wishaw and Sarah Lancashire. The gritty spy thriller has been a hit with fans as well, scoring 94 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.

Black Doves is a spy thriller following the story of Helen Webb, played by Keira Knightley, who sees her secret identity put at risk after her lover is killed by London’s underworld.
One fan, writing on social media, said: “I thought Black Doves on was pretty good & entertaining. Keira Knightley & Ben Whishaw are great as a team of clandestine spies & assassins. Absolutely deserves the second season. Can’t wait.”
Another added: “Black Doves was fantastic television. So damn good!!” While a third said: “If you love a British political/espionage thriller, Black Doves is a masterpiece. Slick script, superb characters, smashing storyline. Heavy on irony & good old fashioned violence.”
It isn’t the first time William and Kate have given an insight into their TV habits either. When appearing at the BAFTA offices in central London to learn about a bursary given in his name, William revealed he was a fan of the Jason Bourne franchise.
Upon meeting film director Paul Greengrass – who directed three of the six films – William clasped his hands together and asked “another Bourne, another Bourne”. The filmmaker reportedly just laughed and shook his head at the royal.

Fortunately for William, another installment, set to be called The Bourne Dilemma, is reportedly in development now. Meanwhile, the royals have also revealed they are fans of hit Killing Eve starring Jodie Comer and Sandra Oh.
William is said to have admitted he likes the series during a visit to a BAFTA exhibition in 2019. According to show producer Sally Woodward Gentle and costume designer Phoebe de Gaye, the prince “apparently… has watched it all.”
“He [] said he loved it. He talked about the dark humor of it, and Jodie [Comer] and Sandra [Oh], how amazing they both are. And he talked about the humour you get through the costumes, which is what Phoebe is so clever at,” Gentle said.
William has also spoken about how he and Kate, 42, enjoyed settling down to watch Game of Thrones. The couple told actor Tom Wlaschiha, who plays Jaquan H’ghar in the show, that they have “watched every series”.

Speaking on Radio One in 2017, William said they were “big fans” of the show. He added: “You should definitely watch Game of Thrones, that’s worth watching.”
Away from the screen, William is said to be a huge fan of music, a love he shares with George and Charlotte. William says there are often arguments between the pair over which songs to listen to.
Speaking on Apple’s Time To Walk podcast, the royal said in December 2023: “Most mornings there’s a massive fight between Charlotte and George as to what song is played.”
Such is the family’s love of music that William, Charlotte and George made global headlines last year when they posed for a selfie with popstar Taylor Swift. The future king was spotted dancing at the singer’s Wembley concert as he celebrated his 42nd birthday with his children.
