Prince Harry to return to the UK within days – but Meghan Markle won’t join him

is set to make another solo visit without Meghan Markle to the UK for his , it has been confirmed.

The trial, which will take place at the High Court, will see Harry appear before the court, as well former Labour deputy leader, Lord Tom Watson.

In their court case against News Group Newspapers (NGN), Harry and Lord Watson are suing the publisher over alleged unlawful information-gathering and invasion of privacy.

With the trail set to last seven weeks, Harry will be cross-examined by the newspaper group’s barrister.

The former working royal, who now lives in the US, accused News Group Newspapers of targeting him with a host of unlawful information collecting practices, including phone hacking.

Speaking at a summit in New York City last, Harry discussed the ongoing court case – even speaking on people that have settled their claims.

Discussing the 1,300 people that have made the decision to settle, Harry said: “They’ve settled because they’ve had to settle. So therefore, one of the main reasons for seeing this through is accountability, because I’m the last person that can actually achieve that.”

Harry previously faced the court room back in 2023. During this appearance, Harry sued the Mirror Group Newspapers for the alleged phone hacking.

is not set to join her husband in the UK next month, instead opting to remain in California with their children, five-year-old Prince Archie and three-year-old Princess Lilibet.

Unlike Harry, Meghan has not be on UK soil since September 2022.

Although they didn’t join their parents trip, wich also included attending the late Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral, Archie and Lilibet also haven’t travelled to the UK since June 2022.

With Harry no stranger in speaking about his family’s safety concerns in Britain, Meghan also reportedly to the United Kingdom.
