A groundbreaking study involving over 350,000 participants has unearthed a potentially startling side effect of drinking plant-based milk.

The indicates that consumers of these types of milk, which include alternatives such as soya and almond , may face a higher risk of depression compared to those who drink traditional cow’s milk.
