Netflix’s real estate agent shows just keep coming, as “Selling the City” becomes the latest “Selling Sunset” spinoff to hit the streamer.
The series follows a group of real estate agents in New York, as opposed to the original show, which takes place in L.A. Other spinoffs from producer Adam DiVello include “Selling Tampa” and “Selling the OC.”
Who are the latest batch of realtors who decided to become reality stars? We caught up with the cast of “Selling the City” at a press event before the premiere and heard from them directly.
Eleonora Srugo
When it comes to power rankings on the show, Eleonora Srugo is one of the leaders of the pack.
Srugo, according to her bio on Douglas Elliman’s website, was behind a $75 million dollar deal, the brokerage’s biggest deal of 2023. She is ranked within the brokerage’s top 15 realtors nationwide in terms of volume, coming in at number four.
She leads a team within Douglas Elliman, meaning that she oversees multiple junior agents.
“I’m fiercely loyal, ambitious and protective over this team,” Srugo tells TODAY.com. “I love and respect all of these women, and I’m incredibly proud with how they portrayed themselves, us, conflict resolution and everything on camera.”
Srugo says that New York City “runs through my veins.”
“I’m born and bred of these streets,” she says. “I’ve never left and I never will.”
Srugo also calls herself an “open book.”
“I can’t wait to share everything and be completely transparent about my life with the world and tell my story.”

Jordyn Taylor Braff
Jordyn Taylor Braff is a member of Srugo’s team, working in both New York City and Los Angeles.
“I am a California girl, and I think that very much shows in my personality here on the show,” Braff tells TODAY.com. “I’m a little bit more laid back than maybe someone from New York might be.”
Braff revealed on the show that her first major New York City deal was to a celebrity ex-boyfriend.
“I was here visiting and we met up, but I was so nervous. He’s a celebrity, but at the time, he was a nobody. No one knew who he was,” she told a co-star.
She later revealed that the man in question was Trevor Noah — and maintained that she was the funnier one in the relationship.
“Trevor borrowed me for material all the time,” she continued in a confessional. “I think I was the subject of jokes from time to time, but he would also steal my material, a hundred percent.”

Giselle Meneses-Nunez
Gisele Meneses-Nunez is also a member of Srugo’s team, and describes herself to TODAY.com as a “Jersey girl” and “single mom.”
“I have worked my ass off to get where I am today,” she tells TODAY.com. “My family came here with nothing from Cuba, with $20 in my dad’s pocket.”
She says that she wants people to know that success is not an “unattainable” goal.
“I really want people to know that if you put your mind to something, and if you actually do the work and you grind and you hustle, you can make it to the top.”

Taylor Middleton Scavo
Another member of Srugo’s team, Taylor Middleton Scavo is originally from Nashville, Tennessee but has been in Manhattan for over a decade.
“I really hope people see that I invest a lot into my business, but also into growing personally and growing in my relationship as well,” she says.
The show explores her relationship with her husband and her IVF journey.

Abigail Godfrey
Abigail Godfrey is the final member of Srugo’s team featured on the show. Born and raised in South Carolina, she’s been in New York for five years.
“I grew up with dreams of coming here and doing it big,” she tells TODAY.com. “And so being with these women is just a blessing. It’s a dream come true.”
Godfrey describes herself as “fiery.”
“I put my foot in my mouth a lot,” she says. “I will always defend and try to tell the truth, even if it’s going to get me in trouble.”
Godfrey, who graduated from Clemson, met her husband Pat Godfrey during her time there, when he played on their football team.
According to her Douglas Elliman profile, the two work on philanthropic projects together and two run About U Outreach, which helps underrepresented high school athletes through the college recruitment process.

Jade Chan
Jade Chan isn’t a member of Srugo’s team. Instead, she’s an agent specializing in new development, per her Douglas Elliman profile.
Born in New York but raised in Atlanta, Chan says that while she seems “all-business” on the show, she is a very “dynamic” person.
“Obviously you see a very spicy side of me, but there is so much more to me outside of outside of work,” Chan says.
“I always like to say I sold my soul to the devil of real estate. Now I’ve sold my soul again to the devil of reality TV, so I guess that’s an ongoing trend for me in my adult years — but I am, and I was, a good person,” she says.

Gold shares two children with wife Luiza Gawlowska, including a newborn. He’s also no stranger to reality TV, having been on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing” from 2017 to 2021.

Justin Tuinstra
Justin Tuinstra originally moved to New York to purse a modeling career but found more success in real estate.
Tuinstra describes himself as a “small town kid” speaking to TODAY.com
Eagle-eye viewers have noticed that Tuinstra isn’t a stranger to reality TV either, or Netflix for that matter. The agent went on a conversation-starting date on Netflix’s dating series “Dating Around.”
