During Queen Elizabeth’s 70-year reign, she amassed a number of pricey jewels from tiara’s on her wedding day to necklaces.

It has since been reported that she had over 90 brooches in her own private collection after taking a shine to them, totalling to over £90 million.

Despite its sheer elegance and beauty she never wore the Rasberry Pip in public. Queen Camilla was the first person in the Royal Family to wear it for decades.

The Brooch is steeped in history after it was originally bought for the Countess of Strathmore and Kinghorne, the late Queen’s grandmother and was passed down to Queen Elizabeth.

Camilla has since given the jewel a new lease of life after wearing it twice on public outings.

Meanwhile, Camilla often pays tribute to the late monarch after having great admiration for her work and is spotted wearing them to high-profile events after inheriting them from her.
