Mindy Kaling has said she was over the moon to receive a personal text from , who reached out while working on her project. The acclaimed actress graced the red carpet, dazzling in a stunning gold, strapless gown and beaming with joy.
Mindy revealed that she was just two months postpartum when Meghan’s message arrived. Speaking about the Duchess, The Mindy Project star shared: “She texted me and was like, ‘Do you want to be in my show?'”
Mindy also gushed about the perks of spending time with Meghan, saying, “And when you hang out with Meghan, you know the food is going to be good. It’s just nice to have someone else cook for me. So I was like, ‘Yeah I’ll go to Montecito and you cook for me and go to your garden. And that’s what we did.”
