Meghan Markle’s co-star has lifted the lid on Prince Harry’s secret skill and role in his wife’s new cooking show.

And although Harry and Meghan appear to be going their separate ways when it comes to their work ventures, the Duke of Sussex still made an all but brief appearance in the show’s trailer where he can be seen hugging his wife.

However, Meghan’s close pal, Mindy Kaling, has hinted Harry may be more involved than what meets the eye.

Mindy, who also makes appearances, suggested that the duke was involved in the filming and is even talented in the kitchen.

She said: “Harry was there, but he didn’t cook for me, but I heard he’s actually a pretty good cook. He knows his way around the kitchen.”

Mindy added that Meghan had texted her while she was on maternity leave, inviting her to Montecito, where she and live.

However, one royal commentator has noted this must be a hit otherwise it will be “embarrassing” for the Duchess.

Speaking on TalkTv, Lettice Bromovsky, journalist and commentator from MailOnline called the new show “very American” adding that could cancel their deal with the couple if it fails to be a success.
