Thankfully for United and the rest of Kolo Muani’s suitors, PSG are believed to have turned it down. The French league leaders are only open to a permanent sale or a loan with an option to buy, given Luis Enrique has determined that the forward is not part of his long-term plans.
Whether United are in a position to move for Kolo Muani may depend on outgoings. Amorim has admitted he does not have bags of money to spend, and it is understood that the Red Devils will need to sell in order to buy.

Kolo Muani has scored 11 goals in 54 games for PSG since completing a move from Eintracht Frankfurt in 2023. The 26-year-old racked up 23 goals in Germany the season before last and has netted eight times for the French national team.
On the prospect of doing business this month, Amorim said: “When the window is open, we can try to do something and we will try to do something. It’s not the case I am arriving here and I can spend a lot of money, changing all the team.”
