Fans noticed Danielle Collins made a sneaky change to her profile after an awkward moment at the United Cup.

The world No. 11 had a run-in with at last year’s Olympics, later branding her “fake”.

It appears they have still not patched things up, as Collins didn’t seem too keen to shake Swiatek’s hand during the United Cup.

The USA faced Poland in the final of the mixed-gender team tournament on Sunday. Before the tie, the players from both teams wished each other well.

Shaking hands with each of her team Poland rivals, Collins could be seen rolling her eyes and looking away after acknowledging the world No. 2.

Footage of the awkward moment quickly went viral among tennis fans on social media. And Collins took notice.

The 31-year-old embraced her reaction, changing her picture to a screenshot of her face after shaking Swiatek’s hand.

Collins doubled down, putting the photo on her story. “Didn’t know if you guys noticed this but… New year, same me,” she wrote with a laughing emoji.

The American also played Kid Ink’s song Be Real in the post. She shared the snap for a second time and added: “Sometimes I just gotta laugh at myself.”

It comes after the world No. 11 called Swiatek out after she was forced to retire from their quarter-final match at the Olympics last summer. When the Pole came over to shake her hand, Collins confronted her.

Afterwards, she suggested Swiatek had been “insincere” about her injury. “There’s a lot that happens on camera, and there are a lot of people with a ton of charisma and come out and are one way on camera and another way in the locker room,” Collins continued.

“I just haven’t had the best experience, and I don’t really feel like anybody needs to be insincere. They can be the way that they are. I can accept that, and I don’t need the fakeness.”

In November, Collins told that she had . “She’s not someone that I really get to see a lot at the tennis and she’s very guarded with her group,” she explained.

Team USA went on to beat Poland to lift the United Cup trophy for the second time. beat Swiatek 6-4 6-4 in the first tie.
