Series regulars Emilia Fox and David Caves are joined by new characters from Maggie Steed (Rivals) and Francesca Mills (The Witcher: Blood Origin), who will be playing the new head of The Lyell Centre, Harriet Maven, and crime analyst Kit Brooks respectively.
Emilia, 50, is a British actress best known for playing Dr. Nikki Alexander on crime show Silent Witness since 2004.
Her other notable television roles include playing Georgiana Darcy in the 1995 adaptation of Pride and Prejudice, and playing Queen Elizabeth II in The Queen (2009).
In 2016, she has starred alongside Dawn French and Tanya Reynolds in Sky 1 series Delicious.
