fans have three theories regarding the whereabouts of Mike Brewer’s stolen a year and a half after the was taken by thieves.

The duo were set to reveal their work at a car show and wrap up filming in June 2023.
Mike issued an immediate appeal for information but the model has never been found and there have been few updates since.
However, fans took to social media to offer their idea behind what happened to the model as the episode re-aired on TV.

Most predicted the Fiesta had likely been taken apart completely with its individual parts sold off.
This would in theory make it harder to trace the parts back to the thieves and still allow criminals to turn a profit.
However, others suggested the car could still be in one pierce abroad, or even at the bottom of a canal once individuals realised who the vehicle belonged to.
X user @2SortsNorfolk said: “It is a shame. It’s a decent example. There’s no way it’s still in one piece though as the publicity surrounding it would’ve made it impossible to move on. Stripped for parts would be my guess.”

Fans of the show posted their theories after Mike issued his first update of 2025.
He wrote on X: “The Fiesta never got recovered.. shame it was such an amazing build.”
Mike previously admitted he was saddened at the theft and from his production staff.
Last year, he likened the theft to “losing a child” for information that led to the discovery of the machine.
