A video circulating on social media has shown an electrical substation by a railway track in ’s Krasnodar Krai in flames as the result of what a Ukrainian blogger claimed was an act of sabotage.
The clip, shared by Supernova, shows fierce flames – although no other details are provided apart from the location Absheronsk – and a description (“sabotage”).
