The 30-year-old replaced Rita Ora, who announced she was stepping down in 2024 after five seasons on the panel.
This isn’t the first time Maya will be sharing her critique on contestants as she appeared as one of the guest judges on the second season of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK.
With other shows like The Brits and The Fashion Awards under her belt, it’s no surprise that the DJ has accumulated a staggering amount of wealth over the years.

The TV presenter, who started her career on JumpOff.TV before becoming an MTV host, revealed she became a millionaire at the age of 24.
Maya admitted that she had a “shaky” start after joining the panel on The Masked Singer.
She joined Mo Gilligan, Jonathan Ross and in the sixth series, with the four judges attempting to work out which famous faces are behind the wacky costumes.
During Friday’s (January 3) instalment of Good Morning Britain, showbiz correspondent Richard Arnold spoke to the four judges in a pre-recorded interview.

Asked how she had got on during her first series, Maya said: “I’m going to be honest. I started off a little shaky and then I managed to get one in the bag already.”
Upon joining, Maya said: “I’m such a Masked Singer fan, so joining the panel alongside Davina, Jonathan, and Mo – and of course working with Joel – is going to be so much fun!
“I can’t wait to figure out who’s underneath all those incredible costumes, vibe to their performances, and get front-row seats to the unmaskings.”
