Mollie Pearce reached the grand final of The Traitors in 2024
Mollie Pearce, who previously reached the grand final of TV’s most treacherous gameshow, is preparing to dazzle audiences in the upcoming series of Dancing On Ice.
The 22 year old shot to fame after coming in second place on ‘s , losing out to Harry Clark who walked away with all the money.
But away from the limelight, Mollie has experienced quite a difficult childhood as she was diagnosed with a rare illness when she was only 11 years old.
Born in Nailsea, Somerset, in January 2022, Mollie Pearce was born without fingers on her right hand.
Despite this, she led an active childhood, participating in charity sports events and refusing to let her condition hold her back, reports .

Mollie is set to appear on Dancing On Ice in 2025
As an adult, she affectionately refers to her ‘nug’ on her right arm. In 2014, she swam a mile for charity Reach, which supports children with upper limb difficulties.
At the tender age of 11, Mollie was diagnosed with the challenging autoimmune disease ulcerative colitis, which causes inflammation and ulcers in the large intestine a condition that her father also battles. By 18, she underwent surgery to remove her colon and began life with a stoma.
Mollie opened up about her “double whammy” health struggles, expressing that the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis hit her harder. She aimed to use her appearance on The Traitors as a platform to increase visibility for people living with stomas, asserting to the : “I think we now live in a society where having a stoma bag is becoming a bit more normal, external and people are starting to talk about it.”
She added, “But generally speaking, I think poo has always been an embarrassing and taboo thing for people.”
In the realm of reality TV, Mollie shone as one of the 12 chosen at auditions for the second series of The Traitors, securing her role among the faithful.
She impressively clinched the runner-up spot, narrowly missing out on the £95,150 prize to ‘traitor’ Harry, 22, due to a misjudged alliance.
During her time on the show, Mollie was romantically linked to Max Backwell, though their relationship has since ended. Fans of The Traitors speculated over a potential spark between her and fellow contestant Harry, but this was quickly shut down.
However, Mollie was adamant that her participation in the show was aimed at eradicating the stigma associated with stomas. In an interview, she stated that raising awareness: “was honestly the best thing that’s come from the show”.
She further added: “I’ve always tried to do that anyway. Something like this really, really gives you a voice and gives you that platform. That’s my main goal at the moment, especially around stomas because I feel like there’s such a taboo about that.”

Post The Traitors, Mollie has maintained her public presence and boasts over 100,000 followers on .
In March, she made a cameo as herself alongside Harry Clark in a Comic Relief parody of The Traitors, featuring Suranne Jones, David Walliams, Catherine Tate, Jonathan Bailey, Asim Chaudhry, Iain Stirling and Sally Phillips.
She also participated in a beauty campaign with Superdrug, aiming to raise funds for 10,000 hours of Marie Curie’s nursing service.
Recently, it was revealed that Mollie will feature in the upcoming season of Dancing on Ice, scheduled to broadcast on ITV in January 2025.
