Apartments are set to cost £2 million
A jewellery inspired 555 metre skyscraper is set to become the residential building, second only in height in to the Burj Khalifa.
Officially called Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, the 110 storey building is set to become one of Dubai’s most eye-catching landmarks, inspired by the designs of luxury watchmaker Jacob & Co.
According to the building’s developer, the structure’s spires will be shaped like diamonds, creating a unique ornamental feature at the top of the building that will become a shimmering focal point in Dubai’s skyline.
Apartments at the Burj Binghatti come at a price of around £2 million, giving way to views over Business Bay where it’s located and the city beyond.
Each suite will have a jewel inspired name, with the focal being being the Sky Penthouse, which spans two floors and has its own private lift and infinity pool.

Also the Burj Azizi is set become a centrepiece of Sheikh Zayed Road after its projected completion in 2028.
