If this is the case, there is a tip many have tried and tested that you may want to take note of.
Instead of using toxic chemical cleaning products, this hack uses just three natural ingredients you may already own – lime, and .
Facebook group shared how those there ingredients when combined with water get to work on oven grease in 20 minutes.

Demonstrating the hack in the video, the cleaning expert starts by adding the water, vinegar sliced limes, and baking soda to a baking tray before putting it in a dirty oven.
The oven is then set to high heat and left for 20 minutes. Once the time is up the tray is removed from the oven.
The expert then used kitchen towels to wipe off all the grease and grease.

The dirt melted off with ease and there was no scrubbing needed when cleaning.
Taking to the comments section of the post, users shared their experience of testing out this hack.

While there were many positive responses, some users warned against this hack. Sally Reynolds urged: “Do not do this without checking your oven manual. I did this, and it buggered the oven. I had to buy a new one. The oven manual said not to steam clean. Just a word of warning.”
Byron Ktevia wrote: “Big mistake, all this water is inside the oven. Yes, it will be clean but the heaters and the fan, especially the propeller of the fan, will be destroyed very quickly from rust.”
